Wow! Long time no update.
I got a video on Instagram today of my frame going into the acid dip. I think it'll be a few more weeks before I get it back, but at least we've got some progress.
I've also spent a bit of time running parts around for stripping and powder coat. Many of these will need to be off to galvy as well.
That's the latest thus far - a few parts have trickled in, but I never expected to lose the whole summer on the dip for the frame. Once I get it back, I'm sure there will be at least another month before its repaired, prepped for the Cummins R2.8, and galvanized. Then assembly can begin in earnest.
Anyone like putting cars together in the winter?
